His career includes work across public sector institutions such as the Department of Homeland Security, the United States Department of the Treasury, the White House, the United States Department of Agriculture, and the U.S. Space Program, giving him a disciplined approach to communication, decision-making, and execution.
Following his public service career, Michael transitioned into healthcare ownership and nonprofit leadership, where he oversees financial performance, compliance, vendor management, payroll, and growth initiatives.

Jarred is a Founder of Adduco Enterprises and an experienced operator, entrepreneur, and systems builder with a background that bridges technical trades, front office execution, and growth strategy.
His foundation began in the trades, with formal training in Auto Body Repair at Hennepin Technical College and years of dedicated auto mechanics coursework, giving him a practical understanding of craftsmanship, technical standards, structural integrity, and quality-driven production.
Beyond the technical side, Jarred has spent the last seven years building and operating a marketing agency, where he has advised and supported more than 300 businesses through growth consulting, strategic implementation, process improvement, and scalable marketing systems.
